• Strong business acumen with P&L management experience
• RSA and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate required

• Qualified chef with trade certificate or equivalent experience
• Strong passion for fresh, bold Mexican-inspired cuisine
• Experience with kitchen team management and food cost control
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
